Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly price is the price. Payment processing fees (Stripe, Square) are passed through at cost — the same rates you'd pay directly. Domain registration and app store developer accounts are billed at cost if you want us to handle them.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything — your data, your domain, your brand files, your content, your entire operational blueprint. We don't hold your data hostage. You stay because it's worth staying, not because you're locked in.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data, brand, and content carry over — nothing is lost.
Is there a free trial?
Better than a free trial. You can start the interview and see a full preview of what we'd build — logo, website, app, content — before you pay anything. No credit card required to start. You only pay when you're ready to launch.
What's included in "unlimited change requests"?
You can request as many changes as you want — change hours, change prices, add a service, update copy, swap a color, add a feature. Each request goes through the same AI team that built your system. Complex new features may take longer, but there's no per-request fee.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free (effectively 10 months for the price of 12). Contact us after starting your build to switch to annual.
What if I need something none of the tiers cover?
