How It Works
You talk. The team builds. You approve.
One conversation about how your business works turns into a branded website, app, bookings, payments, and content — assembled by an AI team that stays with you after launch. No briefs to write, no templates to drag, no developer to manage.
The conductor model
We're the conductor. You stay in control.
For the regulated parts of running a business — formation, banking, payments, insurance — we don't pretend to be the expert. We coordinate with partners who are, and we keep the whole thing inside one experience. You talk to us. We track the rest.
Formation
LLC and Corp filing. A partner does the legal filing — we coordinate it end to end and track it on your dashboard.
Banking
Business bank accounts. A partner handles account setup — we keep you posted at every step.
Payments
Card processing. A partner runs the payment infrastructure — we wire it into your build.
Insurance
Business insurance. A partner sets up the policy — we make sure it's in place before you launch.
You talk to BusinessWelder. We handle the rest — including lining up the right partners when regulated work is involved.
The nine stages
From conversation to a live business — nine stages, nine approvals
Every build moves through the same nine stages. You're involved at the points that matter; the team handles the rest. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
-
1
Understand your business
A real conversation. How customers find you, how they book or buy, what you charge, who's on staff. No 40-field form, no multiple-choice quiz that pretends to know your business.
-
2
Design the solution
The team maps what to build — which parts, which pages, which integrations, which workflows — and writes it into a spec you can read and approve.
-
3
Create the brand
The team searches the logo and design libraries and produces three real logo directions — rendered SVGs, not text descriptions — plus colors, type, a written voice, and a design system. You pick a logo. Every format is generated: SVG, PNG, favicon, social, app icon.
-
4
Assemble the parts
The team selects the parts your business needs from the library — auth, bookings, events, listings, payments, reviews, CMS, directory, commerce — and wires them together. The parts it didn't pick are listed too, with reasons.
-
5
Customize
Every part is configured for your business — fields, workflows, labels, navigation, styling. Not a generic install with your logo pasted on top.
-
6
Validate
The team runs automated checks on customer journeys, role permissions, mobile layouts, and accessibility. Broken things don't reach you.
-
7
Present for approval
The team walks you through the finished build the way a dev team would at a demo. You review, request changes, or approve. Nothing publishes without your approval.
-
8
Launch
Your website, app, and systems go live. Domain, hosting, SSL, email, invoicing, customer management, content management, analytics, and app store submission — all handled.
-
9
Stay on
The same team stays with your business. Change hours, change prices, add a feature, run a campaign — just ask. It already knows how your business works, so it doesn't start over each time.
Delivery models
Website, app, or both — your call
Every business needs something different. The team builds and connects whichever fits, and tells you which one it recommends before you commit.
Website only
A professional PWA with CMS, bookings, payments, and everything your business needs. Works on every device.
App only
A native iOS and Android app (Pro tier and up) for businesses that mostly need a mobile experience.
Both, synced
Website and app, fully synced. Content, bookings, and data flow between both. One change updates everywhere.
Both, separate
Website and app as separate experiences — different content or different audiences for each.
The team handles all four. You say what you need; it builds and connects it.
Design variety
Same business. Six completely different looks.
Every design is built from a 7-dimension genome — typography, color, composition, components, media, behavior, and foundation. Here's the same fictional business rendered in six different design families.
Every design is fingerprinted and checked against every other business on the platform. If yours is too similar to another, it's reworked automatically. 1.6 million designs at less than 1% collision.
The logo library
Real logo files, not a description of one
The team doesn't describe what your logo could look like. It searches a library of logo templates, fills in your business name and brand colors, and renders actual SVG files you can use the same day.
Template categories
Wordmarks, lettermarks, monograms, emblems, icon+wordmark, abstract, mascot, and handcrafted styles — all searchable by the team.
Directions per brand
Three logo directions per brand — five on Enterprise. You pick the one that fits, and every format is generated from it.
All formats generated
SVG, transparent PNG, favicon (16×16, 32×32), social profile (400×400), and app icon (1024×1024) — ready to use anywhere.
Sample logo directions
Three directions per brand. Five on Enterprise. You pick — every format is generated from your choice.
Honesty
What BusinessWelder doesn't do
We're good at building and running business software. We're not pretending to be experts in everything else.
We don't do your taxes or accounting.
We don't give legal advice.
We don't replace your accountant, lawyer, or insurance broker.
We don't make cold calls or run your marketing for you.
We don't guarantee search rankings — nobody honestly can.
We coordinate with partners for the regulated work. We build and run your software. We don't pretend to be experts in everything else.
